I wanted to jump in for a minute on an AHA! moment I just had. (dont sue me oprah)
Have you been feeling a little pudgy lately? I know I have. That little voice inside saying "work out, work out!" has been harassing my mind for weeks now! While I still plan on filling my bike tires Saturday AM, I think I figured something else out. AHA! I know why the pudgyness feel - Probably the 2 sodas I have been tossing back daily like water! Enough of that, not only do carbonated drinks make you feel bloated... but Coke and Diet Coke are known contributors of the deadly cellulite disease.
So instead of listening to that voice and feeling bad for not working out - I will sip on waters and give dirty looks to the cold sodas in the fridge. I bet in a week I will feel less pudgy in these jeans! WOO
